My experience and data analysis skills assure my Sellers that their home will be priced right for the market whether it is a fair market sale, short sale, or foreclosure.
As an REO Agent, I also represent Asset Management Firms and Lenders who assigned their foreclosures and corporate properties in advance so I have access to a huge number of homes that are not quite ready for the public market for a variety of reasons that are associated with the foreclosure process. In other words, I know about foreclosures that are coming on the market before they are actually listed on the MLS! My knowledge and contacts puts my Buyers in the driver's seat!
