About Me

Growing up, my Father taught me the principles of retail and small business. I have worn every hat that there is in retail.  I also have an understanding of the Internet and the importance of changing with the times.  A large percentage of small businesses are losing out on opportunities online that can not be measured.  


Sales are the most important aspect of any business, and they will solve any and all problems.  My salesmanship is one of qualifying and closing buyers.  I believe in selling the right product and services to the right customers, at the highest possible profit.  A sale is completed when you have made sure that the customer is satisfied enough to come back or provide referals.  Selling correctly is an art.  Daily sales training is vital in any sales profession, and that is what I do with a productive and informative script.


My management style is direct, honest and easy to understand.  Understanding that a company is only as strong as its weakest link, and I am always one to lead by example.  Many times people are in the wrong position in a small company and I prefer to communicate with subordinates in what their strengths and weakenesses are.  This way everyone wins!  Exploiting an employees abilities is in the best interest of all involved.  While taking away things that are better suited for management, or peers, enables people to shine and enjoy coming to work daily.


Marketing is not an event.  Understanding how to attract and not attack new customers, along with existing customers has come with experience.  I am an expert in promotions and sales events, whatever size and location.

 

I understand and think like an owner.  The bottom line is what matters, and achieving an impressive P&L comes with hard work and integrity.  Partnerships with people outside the organization that are like minded and support one another are always what I look for.
